Jack had another good day toady. He keeps making strides towards the goal of coming home. He gained quite a bit again yesterday. He is now up to 4 lbs 8 oz (2040 grams). We were all surprised by another big growth spurt. They are letting us hold him more and more, mostly when he's fed. We didn't do kangaroo today but we both got to hold him for about 45 minutes. He is still on antibiotics, but that should stop on Sunday. They have boosted his feedings back up to 32ml and decreased his oxygen flow to 3 liters per minute.
He is still doing well maintaining his temperature. They had him in a very cute outfit when we showed up this morning. We brought some the outfits that Grandma Christi got him and picked up a couple more this evening. It's very exciting that he is getting bigger and able to wear some of the clothes he's gotten.
Loved the family picture. I can't believe Jack is gaining so rapidly. He must be a hungary little boy. The pictures are so cute. I'm glad he's getting to wear some real clothes. Hopefully tomorrow will be as good as today.
